Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
