Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Cory was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Bookbinder for the past few years.
