History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a assassin and was forced into it by his family

He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mayor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mayor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
