Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Pallabar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. After coming to the age of reason, Pallabar took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
