History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A gifted student he started as a Navigator, but he got bored and became a Butcher. He has achieved small success as a Butcher.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

History: He got into the Butcher business at a young age. He worked as a nervous Butcher and found it very stressful. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and balancing his hectic life and new butcher responsibilities is difficult

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He tends to wear a large yellow jacket. His hair is golden and very short. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He is a Slaad in disguise. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
