History: The child of a Servant, who enjoyed hunting, Rathkran was taken on many hunting expeditions. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Rhogar is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
