Description: He has a missing right leg. He wears tattered old clothes. His long chestnut hair reaches down to his waist. His amber eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he feels threatened by others

Description: This tall, slender man wears a simple white robe with black stripes complete with hood. He keeps his long blonde hair kept up in a rat tail. His eyes are a pleasant blue.
Personality: He is happy with his job as a Gardener. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Gardener hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: To be a Sailor again; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His chestnut hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His black eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to share knowledge with the world

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. While he appears to be a normal Half-Orc, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has achieved small success as a Sage.
Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
