He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Peren was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. After a long history of fighting, Peren and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Adventurer business.

History: He got into the Adventurer business at a young age. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Lamlis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Lamlis. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Dustin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He became a Butcher soon after.
