History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Nadarr was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Qualen's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
