History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away.

His hair is long and chestnut with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small yellow clips. His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
