Personality: Chem wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Rogue, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was born into a rich family. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the east were limited. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
