History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Heian was born with his mother's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
