History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. After a long history of fighting, Ûgakûga and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country.
