History: Born to a Mayor, his father struggled to pay the bills. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Odo never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
