Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: He got into the Mason business at a young age. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 6 years.
