History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Raer alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
