Personality: Rangrim wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Commoner, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Silvo embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: The child of a Server, who enjoyed hunting, Hobart was taken on many hunting expeditions. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and retire the richest man in the west
