Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Born in the west to a Beggar, Kelter learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is his passion

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Efferil fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born in the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He uses divination through singing.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has worked as a Carter like his father before him.
