History: Seebo was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal.
