History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Through the years after Shadow was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Description: He is an average looking western male in his early mid-life. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His silver hair is smooth and relatively long. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature glaive.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He is bald on top and has large silver tufts of hair around his ears. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Adrik grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Adrik. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
