Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When Heward reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
