When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Hobart was born with his father's beautiful face. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.

History: Born in the north to a Laborer, Thamior learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Laborer.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and to end his boredom

Description: A middle-aged man, he tends to wear a tan poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt, and is pretty ugly. His white hair is greasy and uncared for. His gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Interpreter. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He worked as a nervous Interpreter and found it very stressful. He struck the Interpreter job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Interpreter responsibilities is difficult.
