History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He prefers to carry a scythe, but if one is not available he will default to his flail. His long auburn hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His eyes are green and beady.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and wants to raise his children well

History: Qualen was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Qualen's homeland. Qualen decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: This late middle aged man likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather and is in decent physical shape. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his amber eyes.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and retire the richest man in the east
