History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 6 years.

History: Foxilon hails from a village terrorized by illithids. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Foxilon was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.
