History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. He worked as a nervous Mayor and found it very stressful. He struck the Mayor job and began his own company from there.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he has money and likes to spend it
