History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: Gilbert speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Gilbert was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sai.

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 3'2" and is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His auburn hair is cut short. His violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Body Guard who has hired him part-time. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Doctor. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
