Description: A pudgy man standing about 3'7" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with green lining and desert motifs. He wears a top hat to hide his balding. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady brown eyes.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Umpen hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Umpen grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Umpen. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it. With a patchy brown beard and wild brown hair. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Delg took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up bow and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This malnourished man wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His dark red hair, when down, is lengthy. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Xappan wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Commoner, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
