History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Efferil has worked very hard to control his curse. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
