History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Charles is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the north were limited. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Jocelyn was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Jocelyn decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
