History: Karash was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He struck the Shepherd job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing music.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered dire rats who tried to eat his hand. He has never given up on his music dream.

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Flak is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born in a small forest village. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He became a Bowyer soon after.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and many gnolls want him driven away

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.
