History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Zook was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Zook never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
