Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Servant arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. After coming to the age of reason, Balimaar took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His childhood dream was to be a Stableman, but he was a colossal failure. He became a Doctor soon after.
