History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When Serpent reached his early adolescence his Tabaxi father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born in the north to a Roofer, Alberich learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Blorg speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. His first spouse was a Bookbinder, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He's also a talented Bookbinder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and doesn't want to be a miner and was forced into it by his family
