Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Iados will drive conversation. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Merchant but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears bulky white painted plate armor. His silver hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He's also a talented Shepherd, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Stableman responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Butcher. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. He worked as a nervous Butcher and found it very stressful. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he is unsatisfied with his job
