History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Knight mother left him crippled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.

Personality: Gerard is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Gifted from a young age, Gerard studied abroad. When Gerard reached his early adolescence his Half-Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has never given up on his writing dream.
