History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'2" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears just a grey suit. His crest is bronze, silky, and of moderate length. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Heskan is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Heskan was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His parents enrolled him in a Ranger school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
