Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Spy but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and to clean up the streets
