Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dwarves.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Thorin grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dwarven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dwarven doctor. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he's looking for his big break

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Dworic was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now mingles about in high society.
