History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Bellfounder arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Darrow's homeland. Darrow decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
