Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Pallabar will drive conversation. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Tanner. He has achieved small success as a Tanner.
