Description: His skin is bronze and flawless. He sports green clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He is an epitome of beauty. His red hair and beard is wavy and long. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: He wears bulky black painted plate armor. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His auburn hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He works hard and plays hard.
History: Heward lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Heward was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Heward's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: To protect his home; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: A pudgy man standing about 3'6" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His red hair is greasy and uncared for. His gray eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. He enjoys reading and quiet.
History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was granted druidic powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is his passion; and he desires power and/or immortality

His long auburn hair reaches down to his waist. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
