History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Tanner. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Tanner for the past few years.

His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Pelaios was born with his father's beautiful face. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town.
