Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Hobart was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Hobart never married again.
