History: The child of a Shoemaker, who enjoyed hunting, Arannis was taken on many hunting expeditions. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Arannis was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away
