History: Rolen was born the youngest of three triplets. A gifted student he started as a Courier, but he got bored and became a Cartwright. He now owns his own business.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Description: He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a white coat, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'0" when asserting himself. His brown hair is thinning but still full. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Through the years after Conrad was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Conrad's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Donaar will drive conversation. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Donaar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Courier. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.
