Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. The war was a terrible time for him, and Osco does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Osco was born on a far southern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Miner. He tends to his Miner job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dwarf in existence. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the south were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
