Description: He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He is physically well-built. His chestnut hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His gold eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: This man is typically in his Dyer uniform. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His chestnut hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. This violet eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Erdan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Through the years after Erdan was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Erdan's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He tends to his Dyer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and sabotage a competitor

Description: He is in excellent shape and wears a brown vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His black leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his brown boots flare out at the collars. His white hair, when down, is lengthy. He has gleaming, smiling blue eyes.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking southern young adult. He sports brown clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His golden hair is matted, messy, and big. His eyes are violet and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. Lamlûg is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he is greedy
