Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His black hair is knotted and matted. His hazel eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. A true patriot, Halander would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Halander was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Sheggen grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Sheggen. He has worked as a Carpenter like his father before him.

Motivation: To be a Beggar again; and expand his business
