Description: He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with grey lining and desert motifs. He wears a top hat to cover his moderate length black hair. He is baby faced.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Born to a Ruler, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cook hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and to unite with his sister

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he tends to wear a violet poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes are brown and beady.
Personality: Nordak wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Monk, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His head has been shaved. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.
Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Blacksmith. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Varis was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Blacksmith.
Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'10" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He sports yellow clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He has shaved his head bald. He has a dull look in his violet eyes.
Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and obtaining odd cultural half-orc artifacts is his passion
