History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Nalral was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.

Description: An older man who wears a tattered pair of loose brown pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs, he is not a threatening figure. His auburn hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes are blue.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ortegar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ortegar. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
